Online card charges for BARNES Dominican Republic services are presented and receipted in Dominican pesos. Property listing prices may appear in other reference currencies, but the final card payment amount is confirmed in pesos before payment.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Returns
BARNES Dominican Republic provides real estate, rental, charter, and advisory services rather than physical goods. Product returns do not apply once a contracted service has been delivered.
Refunds
Duplicate charges, payment errors, or eligible cancelled services can be reviewed by customer service. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in DOP / RD$, subject to card processor and issuing bank timing.
Cancellations
Requests cancelled before service confirmation are eligible for full review. Confirmed reservations, charters, third-party supplier services, taxes, and signed real estate agreements follow the cancellation terms disclosed at confirmation or in the signed contract.
Receipt after payment
After a card payment, the customer receives a receipt in Dominican pesos with the information needed to identify the transaction.
- Merchant name and permanent Dominican Republic address
- Customer name or billing contact when provided
- Payment date, reference, and authorization number when supplied by the processor
- Service description, subtotal, taxes or fees, and total in DOP / RD$
- Accepted card brand and last four digits when supplied by the processor
- Customer service email and phone for receipt or refund questions
Card data transmission security
Card data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS payment sessions and handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor. BARNES Dominican Republic does not store full card numbers or card verification codes on this website.
